Ask us anything. We'll be straight.

Yep. The app's free. No subscription, no upsell, and we never charge you to rest. Redeemable rewards roll out as the RestReward network grows.
Apple Watch (Series 4 and up), Oura (Gen 2+), Whoop, Fitbit (Sense, Charge 5+), Garmin, Galaxy Watch (4+). Basically whatever you're already wearing. If it tracks heart rate variability, we can probably work with it — let us know if yours isn't on the list.
You can still earn Rest Points — just at a lower rate, since we only have the room to go on without a wearable. A lot of hotels keep loaner watches at the front desk.
You can still earn Rest Points there — you earn for resting well anywhere. Rest scores are built from real guest data, so they fill in as more people rest and review. Don't see your place? Tell us in the app and we'll prioritize it.
No, and we couldn't if we tried. Your numbers stay on your phone. We just get a thumbs-up from your watch saying you were resting. Nothing to sell.
No. During a rest session the app measures how loud the room is — like a noise meter — right on your phone. It can't record, can't transcribe, can't tell speech from a TV. All it keeps is the loudness level, and it never leaves your phone.
Just enough to credit your points: that you rested, when, and where — the result, not the raw numbers behind it. Your heart rate, HRV and sleep data are crunched on your phone and stay there.
One tap. Your balance stays put; nothing new gets shared until you turn it back on. Want it all gone? Delete your account and we scrub everything on our side within 30 days.
Your Rest Points are credited within seconds of a window closing — same speed whether it was overnight or a 90-minute reset. Redeemable rewards roll out as the RestReward network grows.
Not your problem. The app already knows what the weather's doing and what's happening outside. If the noise wasn't yours, it doesn't count. Sleep through a parade if you can — it still counts.
Noise from inside your own space does register — but it's not the only thing that counts. If your watch still shows you were recovering and the room wasn't blown out, you usually earn the full Rest Points.
It scales with how well you actually recovered and the place's rest score. Shorter daytime resets earn less than a full overnight.
No. Your Rest Points sit in your balance until you redeem them. They follow you across hotels, apartments, and co-living. Nothing expires, ever.
