A few things that resolve most questions fastest:
- Wearable not connecting? Make sure RestReward has permission to read health data in your device settings (Apple Health or Health Connect), then reopen the app.
- A rest session didn't count? A window needs your location confirmed at the property, your wearable to show you were genuinely resting, and the room to be quiet enough. If outside noise (a storm, traffic) caused a flag, it shouldn't count against you — let us know if it did.
- Rest Points question? Rest Points are a loyalty balance, not money — they don't expire and follow you between stays. Redeemable rewards roll out as the network grows.
- Account deletion: you can delete your account in the app; we remove your data within 30 days (see the Privacy Policy).
