We spent 2 nights here in an Island Deluxe room. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. I thought the room looked better in person than online. Our room included a fridge & microwave. The hotel is charming and well-maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful, particularly Front Desk & bellhops/shuttle drivers. We enjoyed our meals at the hotel. Eating lunch on the front porch was lovely. The lower level has a very nice ambience for hanging out, plus nice fitness center, spa & self-service laundry. (It appeared that the WD required coins. No credit cards accepted. A dollar change machine was available.) The hotel is 5-min drive from the ferry. We used the hotel’s Two Island Package to reserve ferries, transportation and hotel rooms (2 nights here & 2 at sister property on Martha’s Vineyard, Winnetu). This package made it super easy to visit both islands from Hyannis. A family pool and adult pool are available. The adult pool has very comfortable seating. My only minor disappointment is that music is played at the adult pool which, for me, was not conducive to relaxing & reading. So I moved to the family pool which, ironically, was quieter. Walking around town was easy. We took a 90-min tour of the Island and visited the well-done Whalers Museum, along with the Hawden House & Old Jail. I enjoyed ice cream at the Juice Bar. I would stay here again.

Great service, spacious clean room. The restaurant food is delicious and the outdoor dining experience nice. There are many children at the hotel and the adult pool opens tomorrow, will be nice.

Our bad, but we came here looking for a quiet few days away and were met with Romper Room - there are small screaming children EVERYWHERE - in the restaurant, in the lobby and especially at the pool (apparently they inexplicably wait to open the adults-only pool until June 15 - huge mistake). So I can only recommend this hotel if you either love screaming children or you bring your own. This is NOT the place for a couple looking for some R&R. We should have done our homework. Staff was pleasant but next time we’ll be down the street at The White Elephant.

We had our wedding with the Nantucket Hotel and it was the best decision we could have made. The entire team—Makenzie, Maggie, everyone part of our team was absolutely remarkable to work with —start to finish. They were kind, organized, helpful, detailed and we absolutely loved the process of planning out wedding and had no stress thanks to them. Our wedding was everything we could have asked for. Thank you.
